محاولة الاستيلاء على أرض عائلة قيسية في المخرور

اليوم، 8 ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2025، الساعة 2:30 مساءً، دخل أربعة أشخاص عرب (3 رجال وامرأة تحمل وشمًا مسيحيًا صهيونيًا)، برفقة وحماية كاملة من جنود الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، أرض عائلة قيسية في المخرور، بيت جالا.

قاموا بإزالة بوابة المستوطنين القديمة وتركيب بوابة جديدة، وادعى أحدهم زورًا أنه “اشترى الأرض”.

هذا كذب. لم تتم أي عملية بيع، والأرض مسجلة قانونيًا باسم عائلة قيسية.

أطلعنا الجيش بعد ذلك على أمر عسكري مغلق، لكن الأمر الوحيد الذي قدموه لم يكن صادرًا عن المخرور.

الأرض تابعة لمنطقة مستوطنة بار كوخفا، مما يعني أنه لا يمكن تطبيقه قانونيًا على أرضنا.

لا يوجد أمر ساري المفعول يُجيز أي بناء أو تركيب بوابة أو تغيير في الوصول إلى العقار.

يأتي هذا التصعيد مباشرةً بعد صدور قرار المحكمة الذي يأمر ليؤور تال ومجموعة همينوتا بإخلاء البؤرة الاستيطانية غير القانونية فوقنا.

بدلاً من الامتثال، يبدو أنهم يستخدمون وسطاء إجراميين للاستيلاء على الأرض بالقوة.

• ممثلو الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي
• وزارة الخارجية الفلسطينية

للتدخل العاجل وضمان تطبيق القانون وقرار المحكمة.

تؤكد عائلة قيسية ملكيتها القانونية الكاملة وتطالب بالوقف الفوري لهذه
الأعمال غير القانوني –
⚠️ URGENT UPDATE – Attempted Seizure of Kisiya Family Land in Al-Makhrour

Today, 08 Dec 2025 at 14:30, four Arab individuals (3 men + 1 woman with Christian-Zionist tattoos), accompanied and fully protected by Israeli soldiers, entered the Kisiya family land in Al-Makhrour, Beit Jala.

They removed the old settlers’ gate and installed a new one, and one of them falsely claimed they had “purchased the land.”
This is a lie. No sale ever took place, and the land is legally registered to the Kisiya family.

The military then showed us a closed military order, but the only order they presented was NOT issued for Al-Makhrour.
It belongs to the Bar Kochva settlement area, meaning it cannot legally be applied to our land.

No valid order exists authorizing any construction, gate installation, or change of access to the property.

This escalation comes right after the court ruling ordering Lior Tal and the Heminota group to evacuate the illegal outpost above us.
Instead of complying, they appear to be using criminal intermediaries to take over the land by force.

We call on:

• Human rights organizations
• Diplomatic missions
• UN & EU representatives
• Palestinian MFA

to urgently intervene and ensure the law and the court ruling are upheld.

The Kisiya family asserts full legal ownership and demands an immediate stop to these illegal actions.
